ICOS+ International Congress of Outdoor Sports

ICOS+ will be a congress dedicated to the theme of Outdoor Sports, an innovative concept aimed at providing a holistic view of these sports practices, ranging from their touristic and economic importance to issues related to well-being, education and sports performance.

In this first edition, four key topics will be addressed, which will serve as the basis for plenary lectures and parallel sessions.

In addition to the scientific dimension, we aim to organize a wide range of activities: Physical activity as a catalyst for building relationships and partnerships, a diverse cultural program celebrating outdoor sports culture, roundtable discussions, and workshops.
