We are pleased to share the first news from IT4Innovations at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. The end of last year and the start of the new one have brought several developments worth your attention.
We are launching the Q-Neko project, in which Europe and Japan closely collaborate in the fields of quantum technologies and supercomputing. Together with partners in the CLARA project, we are also opening the international CLARA Young Innovator Award 2026, giving young researchers an opportunity to present innovative solutions focused on brain health and quality of life.
In addition, we are launching the IT4Innovations grant call, offering access to computing time on the Barbora NG, Karolina, and LUMI supercomputers, as well as the VLQ quantum computer for the first time ever.
